A life-long dream to fly planes temporarily took AJ from the Gold Coast to Adelaide. He was undergoing training and pursuing this dream when the offer for a casual job in a cafe and roastery changed the course of AJ's life. He's the first to admit that he wasn't always "into coffee", but with all he has learned over the last 8 years in the industry, and in his current role as Gold Coast & Northern Rivers Regional Manager for Seven Miles Coffee Roasters and ASCA Brewers Cup Judge, coffee has become his passion.
